XuperBoss is a consulting firm based in New York that helps Asian companies enter and scale in the U.S. market in a structured and disciplined way. We focus on brands that have already proven themselves in their home markets, whether in food and beverage, retail, consumer services or asset-light business models, and are now preparing for the United States as a next stage of growth.

Rather than promising a single, all-inclusive solution, we focus on what can be planned, measured and governed: which markets to enter, what type of presence to build, how to structure the business, what risk profile to expect, and which local experts should be involved at which stage. Our role is to design the roadmap and coordinate the right partners so that founders can make informed, de-risked decisions.
